Just Like Their Liberal Cause, CNN Is Crumbling

Sitting at the head of the liberal media table is CNN. Despite their obvious liberal bias, they spent decades raking in the ratings as one of the most trusted news organizations in the US. Now, with people becoming aware of the poison they were force-feeding them, and the ratings are slumping as a result, it’s time for heads to roll.

“CNN This Morning” had been running from 5 am to 9 am and is now being shortened to end at 7 am, and “CNN News Central” now starts right after and runs until 10 am. Eventually “CNN This Morning” is reported to be getting chopped. As one of the few shows left over from their Chris Licht days, it had a solid run for a news program, but its time is up.

Strangely, Jim Acosta will be anchoring “CNN Newsroom” at 10 am. With the senior citizen who seemingly hasn’t aged in 30 years, Wolf Blitzer will host “The Bulletin with Pamela Brown” at 11 am.

First announced in an internal CNN memo, the team from “CNN This Morning” will soon be out of a job as part of the restructuring. CNN CEO Mark Thompson reportedly has offered for employees who are terminated “to apply for the many new open roles that we are making available this week in Atlanta and Washington, DC, along with a number of other open roles in New York in other programming blocks.”

This message from their CEO should tell everyone what they need to know about CNN. They feel the same about their employees the same way they do about the American people; they’re happy to use them until they have no useful purpose left for them. This statement to employees offers no agreement for consideration for what they have done. If he cared he would do what any conservative employer would do and offer to transfer them to another show or department that fits (if one is available).
